Is it possibile to order a single item?
Of course. We also sell retail.

How to place an order?
Orders can be placed:

How can I pay for the clothes?
In case of international shipment you have to pay in advance.

Is it possible to send a parcel abroad?
Our clothes are also sent abroad.

Is it possible to sew a cloth in the other size than given?
Yes. These kinds of orders are treated as not typical. These orders are completed with additional 30% charge to the net price.
Not typical orders:
• Clothes in other size than presented in the table
• Clothes in different colour or colour combination than presented in the catalogue
• All kinds of alterations in the cut (eg. Additional pockets, trouser leg tapering)

If you place not typical order, you have to send to us filled in not typical order form by mail or by fax.

Can I buy other size/colour of blouse and other size of trousers?

Every single item is sold separately, so it does not matter what colour and what size are the particular items of clothing.

Can I receive the catalogue and fabric samples free?
Certainly. Please send your address on biuro@eldan.pl or in your registration form.

What fabric are the clothes made from?
See FABRIC attachment.

What temperature can I wash your clothes in?
Clothes in colours: white, blue, salmon, caladon, melon, kiwi, grey, yellow, in temperature of 60°C. Although the recommended temperature of washing is 60°C, it is permissible to wash in temperature of 85°C (provided that you follow the fabric producer's instructions)

Is it necessary to dry-clean?
No. Our clothes can be washed also in the washing machine, provided that you follow the instructions placed on the label.

How to select the appropriate size?
See SIZE attachment.

Is it possible to change clothes?
Within 14 days from the delivery date you are allowed to change and return the bought item. Not typical order can not be changed or returned.

Do you embroider clothing?
